12-12-6 is independently developed advanced beverage filling machine, which combined washing, filling with capping in one body, automatic control system, automation operation, working stability, with high efficiency, output reach 3, 000 B/H(500ML bottle). Adopt stainless steel structure, the main components touched water are made by high-quality stainless steel 304 material, Sealing part was made by silicon rubber. Complies with food hygiene requirements. The machine adopts the technology of catching the bottle neck, only need to change a few spare parts under the condition of the same diameter of neck. The main transmission adopts full gear, nylon gear, reduce the vibration and noise during transmission process, a main motor drive this machine, synchronism well. This structure is compact and easy maintenance, which is the ideal choice for production of juice.
This machine is mainly used for washing filling and capping Non-Carbon drinks such as pure water, mineral water and non carbonated drinks and so on. |

1. Rotary washing bottle, during the washing, bottle mouth stand downward, inner and outer washing at same time completely.
2. Zero reversal washing bottles of fixture can make diameter larger bottle on the equipment.
3. Filling system has level sensor, can automatically control the liquid level.
4. Automatic stop device when bottle is hold back.
5. Automatic stop device when the motor is overloaded.
6. Using magnetic torque sealing technology, magnetic torque size is adjustable.
7. Adopting high precision, high speed quantitative filling valve, liquid level accurate can ensure quality of accurate filling. |
